Communications may be sent through any system, including but not limited to:

CRM automations

AI messaging systems

Third-party dialers

Predictive dialers

Email marketing software

E. Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase

Providing consent to be contacted is not required in order to purchase or use our services.

F. Opt-Out

You may opt out of email at any time by clicking “unsubscribe.”
You may opt out of SMS by replying STOP.

3. Use of Media, Webinars, and Recordings

By attending any live or recorded webinar, Zoom call, training, coaching session, group call, or virtual meeting hosted by ASETTERS, you grant us full and unrestricted rights to:

Record video, audio, chat messages, or screen activity

Capture screenshots or still images

Use your likeness, voice, statements, questions, chat messages, or participation

And to use such media in perpetuity for:

Marketing

Promotional videos

Advertising

Social media content

Testimonials

Training products

Future webinars

Internal quality control

This permission is royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable, and transferable.

4. Use of Services

You agree to use ASETTERS' services for lawful purposes only.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

5. Appointment Setter Placement, Training, & Guarantees

If you purchase or participate in our appointment setter staffing, placement, or training programs, you acknowledge:

All placement fees, subscription fees, and service fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Replacements or guarantees are governed strictly by the written terms presented at the time of purchase.

We do not guarantee job performance, results, revenue, or sales outcomes of any appointment setter or VA.

6. No Guarantees of Results

You understand and agree that ASETTERS does not guarantee:

Specific financial results

Appointment quality

Booking rates

Show rates

Closing rates

Employee performance

Any particular business outcome

Any testimonials or case studies represent individual experiences and are not promises of future performance.

7. Intellectual Property

All content created by ASETTERS—including training materials, scripts, PDFs, images, funnels, ads, software, videos, and branding—is protected and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

8. Payments, Fees & Subscriptions

By purchasing any service, you authorize ASETTERS to charge your payment method for:

One-time fees

Recurring subscriptions

Add-on services

Replacement guarantees

Any unpaid balances

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

Failure to pay may result in service cancellation, collection activities, or refusal of future services.

9. Liability Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

ASETTERS is not responsible for any damages, losses, claims, or liabilities arising from your use of our services, communications, appointment setters, or training programs.

You agree to hold ASETTERS harmless for the actions or performance of any VA or appointment setter we help connect you with.

Services are provided “as-is” and “as-available.”

10. Third-Party Platforms

We may integrate with CRM tools, dialers, SMS providers, analytics platforms, staffing systems, or advertising platforms.
We are not liable for downtime, performance issues, or actions of third-party providers.

11. Data Collection & Privacy

Your information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you consent to:

Cookies

Tracking technologies

CRM storage

AI processing

Retargeting and advertising purposes

The Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to services at any time for:

Non-payment

Abuse

Misconduct

Violations of these Terms

Disruptive behavior during webinars, training, or communication channels

No refunds will be issued for terminations rooted in policy violations.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Updates are effective immediately upon posting.

Your continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
